Rocky Mountain guitars are covered by a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser against defective materials or workmanship. Upon notice of any defect, Rocky Mountain Guitar Company LLC will repair or replace at their discretion any defective part or material. Instruments returned for warranty repair must be shipped pre-paid and will be returned collect postage. Damage incurred by misuse, alterations or modifications, accidents, normal wear or natural cracking of wood or finishes due to changes in temperature or humidity is not covered under the warranty. This is the sole warranty of Rocky Mountain Guitar Company LLC  and includes the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No other written or oral warranty applies.
